Competing with an increasing number of players in the subcompact SUV category, the 2020 Nissan Qashqai has undergone an overhaul to present an all-new look.
And while its power, mechanics and engine have remained essentially the same in this most recent version, there are some notable improvements on the esthetic side.
Officially introduced in 2017 under the name of Qashqai, the vehicle produced and sold by Nissan never had the chance to become a North American favorite.
The trademark Nissan grille featuring its V-motion design has now made its debut on the Qashqai. The SUV now stands alongside its peers at Nissan: the Rogue, the Altima and the Maxima. And what a beautiful addition it is!
The LED headlights, the improved visibility of the tail lights and the redesigned 19-inch rims work together to enhance the elegance of the 2020 Nissan Qashqai. The bumper has been harmonized, as well. A number of other options top off this latest offering from the Japanese manufacturer.
The lines have even been modified in order to differentiate it from its big brother, the Rogue.
Don’t worry! Nissan not only reconceived the look for the 2020 Qashqai, but also worked on its safety. The engineers built on the Safety Shield 360 group of features, which has been added to the base version. You’ll enjoy safer travels with a collision warning system that includes emergency braking and pedestrian detection.
As for the multimedia system, it now comes with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. And the Bose audio system is sure to make each journey more entertaining.
